About Renée: Renée has been a professional librarian for over 25 years. She has worked in mostly academic special libraries, whose specialties included transportation, law enforcement, civil engineering, performing arts and now psychology. She graduated from Northwestern University with a BA degree in Biology and from The University of Chicago with a Master’s in Library Science (MLS) degree. What she enjoys most about her job is helping students and faculty research their topics. Having lived and worked in the Chicago area for twenty years, Renée, her husband, two dogs, two cats and six chickens are enjoying the bucolic life in Bolivar. Her hobbies include gardening, sewing and reading.

About Miranda: Miranda graduated from Missouri State University in 2010 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English Literature. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Library & Information Science from the University of Missouri’s distance program. Her hobbies include bicycling, embroidery, live music, and—you guessed it—reading.
